Footage released from local Florida police of several motorists rushing to stop a car “drifting wildly out of control” almost “restores your faith in humanity”, according to Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.
The driver of the car, who was identified as Laurie, said she had passed out on a busy intersection.
She told local news she “wished she was a millionaire so she can buy them all a boat” for saving her life.
“Really does restore your faith in humanity, well, almost because take a look at some of the other motorists who are around this scene, weaving their way through the people,” Mr Morgan said.
“There really are, from this scene, two types of people in the world aren’t there?
"There are your guardian angels, the people who run to help you in a time of trouble, and then there are the others that you see, just taking care of themselves.”
