Prime Minister Scott Morrison says mental health will be a “high priority” following his recent announcement detailing a $55 million dollar partnership between the Tasmanian government and federal government.
Mr Morrison said the federal government will contribute $45.6 million, detailing investments into kids centres, eating disorder day programs, pre-natal mental health screening and after-care service programs for discharged patients.
“This is going into a number of areas,” he said on Thursday.
“This is a comprehensive package.”
