Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the small business plan the Coalition will be releasing today “goes across so many of the measures” the government has put in place.
“We have ensured they are paying lower taxes, 25 per cent tax, it used to be 30 per cent under the Labor Party,” he said.
Mr Morrison said the government cut red tape, invested in skills, cut taxes and assisted businesses with how they operate with agencies like the Australian Taxation Office.
“In addition to that, they are getting more access to government contracts, there has been a 43 per cent increase in small and family businesses, medium-size businesses, getting part of government work,” he said.
