Sky News host Andrew Bolt says the government shouldn’t be cutting beer tax when we’re “staring at World War Three” without the weapons we need to defend ourselves.
Mr Bolt said the tax cut was “beyond pathetic” and the “unserious policy of an unserious government”.
“Seriously, we don’t need to lure people back into pubs. We need to lure them back into their offices, into our factories.
“We need to lure them into building and investing in a future that right now is looking darker and darker.
“And as the Titanic sunk, the band still played,” Mr Bolt added.
“And the beer still flowed.”
