REA Group Senior Economist Eleanor Creagh says “we’re seeing that auction volumes are particularly strong at the moment”.
"We are seeing that views per listing on realestate.com.au are at a record high," Ms Creagh told Sky News Australia.
"And views per listing have particularly increased in both Brisbane and Adelaide – almost doubling since this same period last year.
"We’re also seeing that auction volumes are particularly strong at the moment – this week, compared to the same week in 2021, we’re seeing that auction volumes are 131 per cent more."
