Oxfam ditches ‘wonder woman bingo’ at the ‘behest of the trans lobby’

Oxfam has “ditched” a children’s game which celebrates ‘wonder women’ at the “behest of the trans lobby”, according to Spiked’s chief political writer Brendan O’Neill.

“Every week I think wokeness has reached its peak and then something like this happens,” Mr O’Neill told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“It’s unclear why Oxfam has withdrawn this children’s game that celebrates women.

“It does celebrate people like J.K Rowling, and the Nigerian novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, both of whom … are very good writers and influential women but both of whom who have been critical of the excesses of the transgender movement.

“It suggests women’s achievements are being sacrificed at the altar of the identity movement.”
