China slams US for ‘politically motivated’ investigation into origins of COVID

China has expressed its anger over a United States intelligence report into the origins of COVID-19 with Beijing labelling the 90- day review as "politically motivated".

Beijing has also accused Washington of blaming its own pandemic failures on China.
