ADF deliver jabs to 33 Western NSW towns

Australian Defence Force pop-up clinics are delivering thousands of jabs across Western NSW in a race against time to protect regional communities from coronavirus.

NSW Health and the ADF are currently delivering jabs in Parkes – which this week reported five COVID infections in the town’s first outbreak this year.

Around 350 Parkes residents received a vaccine on the day one of the town’s three-day pop-up.

The ADF will move onto Forbes from Saturday and in total they will deliver doses to 33 Western NSW communities over the next month.
