‘Shutting down’ breast screening in parts of Greater Sydney ‘completely unacceptable’

Sky News host Paul Murray says the state government shutting down breast screening in parts of Greater Sydney is "completely unacceptable".

"Every year thousands of Australian women and men, end up getting breast cancer," Mr Murray said.

"Put simply, there will be a woman who tomorrow morning will discover a lump and it will be harder for her to be able to go and get a breast screen.

"Which means, when eventually they can, that lump might get bigger … and harder to fight."
