More than 500 missing after Cuban protests

There are reports hundreds of people are missing in Cuba two weeks after its largest anti-government demonstrations in decades.

On July 11, thousands took to the streets protesting food shortages, high prices, and the handling of the pandemic.

A relative of a man who disappeared during the protests believes he was arrested and assaulted by plain clothes police officers during the demonstration.

Cubans believe this protest was different as it was broadcast by activists and was seen worldwide.
