Piers Morgan has unleashed on Prince Harry and his new tell-all memoir- arguing the Duke of Sussex is a "self-obsessed hypocritical royal brat" who needs to stop causing the Queen "pain".
The Duke of Sussex is set to publish an “intimate and heartfelt memoir” detailing the experiences, losses, and life lessons that have “helped shape him”.
The personal account will explore the 36-year-old’s “lifetime in the public eye from childhood to present day”, with focus on his service, military duty, marriage to Meghan Markle and being a father.
Prince Harry will donate the proceeds from his memoir – which is tentatively scheduled to be released in late 2022 – to charity.
Mr Morgan said the Duke of Sussex’s memoir was just "another example of him selling out".
"It’s sad, pathetic, and totally unnecessary, and it will obviously cause yet more pain to his grandmother who is still mourning the loss of her husband Philip," Mr Morgan said.
The 56-year-old also labelled Prince Harry a "spoiled, self-obsessed hypocritical royal brat".
"He has no discernible current skill other than an ability to ruthlessly exploit his royal status for money by constantly attacking the very institution that makes him commercially viable."
